As the NA Field Biology Leader for herbicides, I lead field research programs across North America to evaluate herbicide performance, support product development, and ensure responsible stewardship. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions. My favorite part of this role is getting out in the field to see the results. Our team works hard for nearly a year planning and preparing for field trials so finally getting out to see how our products perform is exciting. Growing up in Indiana, I spent a large portion of my childhood chopping weeds on our family farm. Once I knew that I could combine my passion for farming with research and providing weed control solutions for farmers – I knew I had found exactly what I was supposed to do!

As a Market Development Specialist, I help build demand and drive product adoption by supporting teams with agronomy, product training, and business coaching. This work helps new and old team members grow and it supports key stakeholders, too, I also work with marketing and product development. I love being able to lighten the load for our team and being a resource for them. Growing up in agriculture, I realized early on that I wanted to stay in industry to help folks succeed with new technology. Today, I live in Idalou, near Lubbock, in the high plains of Texas.

Growing up in Osage, Iowa, I developed a love for agriculture working on the family’s grain and livestock farm. Today, I provide agronomic and sales support to the crop protection team.
